Returns Policy

Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully evaluate the choice of size, possibly by contacting our customer service: info@staminafitness.it available for advice and clarifications.

However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to exchange the goods, by contacting us by email and following the instructions provided by customer assistance. Through our courier, we will collect the previously purchased item directly, delivering the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only have to repack the product in and deliver it to the courier, who will affix the shipping label.

The GOODS EXCHANGE service has a cost of 9.00 Euros payable in cash to the courier.

N.B. : The product to be returned must be intact, free of alterations and contained in its original packaging (where present).

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING ENVELOPE. THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING MUST BE CONTAINED IN ANOTHER PACK!

PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

1. Send the request by e-mail to info@staminafitness.it
2. Wait for the authorization to exchange goods from our customer service
3. Repack the item as for a normal shipment
4. The goods will be exchanged upon arrival of the courier following the payment of the  9.00 Euros

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SIMPLE RETURNS

Within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to request a return of the item by contacting us by email and following the instructions provided by customer assistance.

The products will be returned to Stamina Fitness at the customer's expense, using any method or courier that is more convenient.

The refund will be made once the item has been received.

If the product or the original packaging show signs of wear or defects that compromise its resale, a deduction of 10 euros will be applied to the total amount to be refunded.
