We accept size changes for all products within 14 days of delivery of the package by the courier. To make a size change, it is important to send the product back in its original packaging. The product must not show signs of wear or use. The cost of the size change is €9.00 which corresponds to the cost of double return shipping.

You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. Usually, the time for the refund varies between 3/5 working days.
