They are designed to protect and prevent injuries during training while providing compression and strong wrist support.
Insert your thumb into the black elastic loop, then wrap the strap around your wrist, tightening it to achieve the desired level of compression and stability.
Once secured, you can remove your thumb from the loop and start your workout.
