Shipping and Delivery Policy

STAMINA FITNESS offers NATIONAL shipments:

They are made with 24h Express Courier.

Delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days.

After taking charge of the shipment, you will receive a text message and/or e-mail from the courier indicating the CUSTOMER PACKAGE ID (tracking) and delivery time slot.

FLEX DELIVERY

Since January 2022, our delivery service has been even more flexible and personalized with FlexDeliveryService. Thanks to the possibility of choosing from six different options, you will have a personalized delivery experience based on your needs.

How does it work ?

You will be constantly updated on the progress of the shipment. Through a link sent by e-mail you can access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose  :

- New delivery date 

- Choice of collection point

- New address for shipping,

- Safe place of delivery,

- Authorize collection by a  neighbor  

- Reject the delivery.

The service is completely free and you just need to enter your email and telephone number during the purchase.

ADDRESSEE ABSENT

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, will contact our staff to notify them of the stock in their warehouses.

Our customer service will get in touch with the courier giving the necessary arrangements to make a second delivery or to collect the goods on site.
