The CARBON Hand Grips are the perfect solution for those who want complete hand protection and exceptional grip — especially when combined with chalk.
They’re designed for athletes of all levels who practice CrossTraining, bodyweight training, artistic gymnastics, or calisthenics.
Extremely versatile, they offer excellent grip on classic or rough bars, rings, and equipment such as dumbbells and kettlebells.
In the new CARBON model, we have significantly improved the abrasion resistance of the outer surface.
Comfort is superior thanks to a soft-touch black microfiber inner layer.
Thickness: 2.6 mm
A finger-free model characterized by outstanding ergonomics and wrist support, ideal for all gymnastic movements.
Patented side reinforcement, specifically designed and shaped for our grips;
Y-shaped strap angle: the wrist strap and lateral reinforcement create a Y-shaped closure that distributes the athlete’s weight more evenly across the wrist.

The hook-and-loop closure of STAMINA Fitness grips makes them easy to put on and take off.
The CARBON grips can be used with or without chalk.
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the materials.
Do not dry the product in direct sunlight after washing.
There is no two-year warranty for this type of product.
Hand grips are considered perishable goods: wear depends on many factors such as the type of bar, user technique, body weight, training intensity, and volume.
We recommend checking the condition of your grips regularly and replacing them when needed — after 4–6 months, a year, or whenever you feel necessary — to ensure safety and optimal performance on bars and rings.
