A grip specifically designed for smooth bars, which are usually more challenging for movements and skills such as muscle-ups, chest-to-bar, or toes-to-bar.
Zero also provides perfect grip on standard bars.

The FREE grips are designed for athletes who practice CrossTraining, bodyweight training, gymnastics, and calisthenics.
They guarantee excellent grip on equipment, bars, and rings.
Their ergonomic shape, differentiated for right and left hands, is defined by three key features:
HOOK: being a fingerless model, it includes an essential anchoring point to maintain constant control and adhesion on the grip surface.
LACING ANGLE: the strap is divided into two asymmetrical parts, set on different axes, creating an angle that distributes the athlete’s weight more evenly and efficiently across the wrist.
3D FORM: elongated and rounded lines provide a more enveloping fit at the base of the hand, increasing comfort and stability during use.

Unlike other models, the FREE comes in only two sizes: S/M and L/XL.
Simply measure your palm and select the correct size — it’s super easy!

These differences do not affect performance in any way.
The FREE ZERO grips provide excellent grip on standard and smooth bars.
We do not recommend using them on extremely rough bars.
This product must be used strictly without chalk.
For cleaning the outer surface, we recommend using a standard degreaser.
Hand wash only to avoid damaging the materials.
Do not dry the product in direct sunlight.
There is no two-year warranty for this type of product.
Hand grips are considered perishable goods, and their wear depends on multiple factors — type of bars, training style, user weight, grip technique, and workout intensity or frequency.
We recommend checking your grips regularly and replacing them when needed — after 4–6 months, a year, or whenever necessary — to ensure maximum safety and optimal performance on bars and rings.
